OVERVIEW

PROGRAM INFO:

Faculty: Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering Technology

The only master program by course-work for Mining with Mineral Technology in Malaysia. An industry-centric curriculum designed based on the stakeholders’ input. Subjects taught by well experienced industrial practitioner, senior academician and senior officer from the relevant government agencies. Weekend or evening classes are available with various learning platforms including online, case study and site visit.

 

PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVE:

Program educational objectives are the designed graduate attributes to be observed approximately five (5) years after graduation. The Program Educational Objectives for our program are:

To produce graduates with advanced knowledge of relevant skills and tools for modern technologies in mining and mineral field.

To produce graduates with the capability of solving industrial problems toward growth and competitiveness of their respective companies.

To prepare the graduates to apply the technical, social and economical aspects of the job requirements in working field with their subordinates, peers and superiors effectively, with high communication and management skills.
